The factory covers an area of 58 acres, with a total investment of 100 million RMB. There are currently 56 technical personnel, including 15 senior engineers and 20 engineers. The company owns more than 150 pieces of precision equipment such as high-end CNC machine tools, multi-axis processing centers, and various high-precision lathes, including international top-grade automatic welding machines. The testing equipment consists of material spectrometers, tensile testers, hardness testers, ultrasonic flaw detectors, thickness gauges, metal film analyzers, and a physical and chemical analysis room. The company has passed ISO9001 quality certification, environmental and occupational health certification, American Petroleum Institute API product certification, China Classification Society CCS certification, European PFD certification, Norwegian Classification Society DNV certification, SIL-3, TALUFF, TS-A1, and other certifications.
Kaiwei valves are mainly used in industries such as oil, natural gas, metallurgy, power plants, pharmaceuticals, and petrochemicals. Our products include 1PC cast steel floating ball valve; 2PC and 3PC cast steel/forged steel floating ball valve and trunnion mounted ball valve; hard seal ball valve; fully welded ball valve; top entry ball valve; cryogenic valve; ceramic valve; three-way ball valve; butterfly valve, gate valve, and globe valve, mainly cast or forged valves that comply with API standards. Our products cover most of the categories in the 518 series. Materials include carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, alloy steel, and some special, high-tech materials such as Inconel625, Monel, alloy 20, titanium, and ceramic. These valves range in diameter from 1/2" to 56", and pressure ranges from 150LBs to 2500LBS, with various connections and actuators available to meet different market needs.
