Kaiwei is committed to providing a full set of industrial valve solutions for customers in oil, natural gas, oil refining, chemical industry,
power plants, nuclear power, long-distance pipelines and other industrial fields.
Each valve is tested for strength and air-tightness before leaving the factory. For some valves intended for special applications, Kaiwei also performs
low emission test, high and low temperature cycle test, life test, fire test, cryogenic test, and cleanliness test after deoiling and degreasing
treatment as the case may be.When all materials are received at the factory, chemical composition analysis and mechanical
performance review are performed to prevent nonconforming materials from entering the warehouse. Valve pressure-containing
parts are subject to non-destructive testing such as magnetic particle testing (MT), liquid penetration testing (PT), ultrasonic testing (UT) and radiographic testing (RT) as needed.
Kaiwei Valve Group makes extensive use of Computer Numerical Control(CNC) machining center equipment, including CNC lathes, CNC drilling machines, and machining centers. The factory is also equipped with large vertical lathe and drilling machines. The advanced processing equipment and CNC management system ensure the quality and delivery of products.
